1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using sleeve.sh (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

sleeve.sh is a web application that enables teams to search and analyze Investment Adviser Public Disclosure data and run AI-assisted workflows for document review, extraction, and insights.

The Service integrates with AI model APIs (including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI, and others) to provide analysis and suggestions. The Service may read, write, and transmit portions of your uploaded content for processing.

3. Accounts and Access

  • You must be at least 13 years old (18+ recommended for teams).
  • You agree to provide accurate registration information.
  • You may sign up using email/password or SSO (Google, GitHub).
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • The Service offers a free trial; paid plans are available.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled.
  • Cancel anytime; access remains active through the billing period.
  • Pricing and plan details are available at sleeve.sh.
  • Billing is handled by Stripe or similar third-party providers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate, transmit, or store illegal content.
  • Violate third-party API terms.
  • Share copyrighted or proprietary content without authorization.
  • Attempt to interfere with or abuse Service infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access the Service source code.

6. Content Access

The Service may access uploaded documents or content to provide AI suggestions. Data accessed may include filenames, excerpts, metadata, and related context. The Service may send snippets to third-party APIs to process requests.

The California Software Company does not claim ownership of your content. Content and artifacts generated through the Service are stored securely for your account's functionality.

7. AI Output Liability

AI outputs may contain errors, bugs, or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving all outputs before relying on them. The California Software Company makes no warranty on the accuracy, completeness, or safety of AI-generated outputs.

8. Data Storage and Security

User data (including conversation history and generated artifacts) is stored on our servers. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, and restrict access to authorized personnel. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Third-Party Services

sleeve.sh relies on integrations with:

  • Anthropic Claude (AI inference)
  • OpenAI (AI inference)
  • Google Gemini (AI inference)
  • xAI (AI inference)
  • Vercel (AI routing/infrastructure)
  • Sentry (error tracking)
  • PostHog (usage analytics)
  • Stripe (billing)

By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of relevant data to these third parties. We are not responsible for their data practices. See their respective policies for details.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service. The California Software Company retains ownership of the Service, including its software, designs, and systems.

You grant The California Software Company a limited license to use your data to operate and improve the Service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and product improvement.

11. Beta Disclaimer

sleeve.sh may include beta features. Functionality may change, and data may be reset or lost without notice. By using the Service, you acknowledge this and agree to use it at your own risk.

12. Availability and Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We are not liable for downtime or data loss due to outages, updates, or third-party failures.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The California Software Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your total liability for claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid in the past 12 months.

14. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export laws and regulations, including those governing encryption and AI technology.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Francisco County, California.
